Using Kembali Kerja

You must be a real person with the right to work in Malaysia and you must provide honest information. You confirm this with the honesty declaration in the application.

Your profile appears publicly only after you consent to publish it and an admin approves it. You can unpublish it at any time.

You agree to confirm periodically that you are still seeking work. If you do not confirm within the reminder and grace period, your profile is paused automatically and you can reactivate it in one click.

Employers must register with accurate company details and are verified by our admin team before they can message candidates or send interview requests.

Employers may not attempt to identify a candidate outside the platform, ask a candidate for their identity as a condition of proceeding, or share candidate information with anyone outside the hiring process.

Employers may not charge candidates any fee, offer unpaid work as a condition of hiring, or use the platform to advertise anything other than genuine roles.

All contact happens in-platform. Messages are subject to daily limits to prevent spam and may be reviewed by admins after a report.

Harassment, discrimination, scams, requests for payment and requests for identity documents are prohibited. Candidates can report or block any organisation at any time.

Candidate identities are pseudonymous to the public. Only employers, training providers and headhunters approved through admin screening can view a candidate's full profile, including name, contact details and résumé, and they may use it solely to discuss genuine employment or training opportunities. Misuse leads to permanent removal.

Ranking never uses age, gender, disability, ethnicity, religion, photographs, résumé keywords or payment. Résumé reading only produces suggestions and flags for human review.

You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell profile data, use automated tools to collect profiles, or attempt to bypass rate limits and access controls.

You may not upload malicious files. Résumé uploads are limited to PDF and Word documents within the stated size limit.

A subscription of RM2.99 per month has been proposed and is configurable by admins, but payments are inactive. No fee is ever a condition of applying, being listed, being messaged or confirming availability until the proponents have reviewed the Malaysian rules on employment services and jobseeker fees.

We may pause or remove an account that breaches these terms, provides false information, or is the subject of substantiated reports. Where possible we tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Kembali Kerja introduces jobseekers and employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment, and we do not publish placement statistics unless they have been confirmed by the proponents.
