How it works

Fair by design, from first profile to first interview

Kembali Kerja lists the longest-waiting jobseekers first and keeps identities private until a candidate decides otherwise.

For jobseekers

Your route back to work

  1. 1

Create an account and work through the guided application. You can save at any point and finish later.

  2. 2

Upload a résumé if you have one (PDF or Word). Anything we read from it is only ever a suggestion for you to confirm — nothing is filled in behind your back and no one is rejected for formatting or career gaps.

  3. 3

Review two previews: what employers and the public can see, and what only you and authorised admins can see.

  4. 4

Tick the three separate confirmations — privacy notice, honesty declaration and consent to publish — then submit for approval.

  5. 5

Confirm you are still seeking work when we remind you. If you miss it, your profile pauses and you can reactivate it in one click.

For employers/recruiters

Verified before you can view full profiles

  1. 1

Employers, training providers and headhunters fill in a short form: name, role, company-domain email, contact number and, optionally, a Private Employment Agency licence number.

  2. 2

Our admin team verifies your company before you can message anyone.

  3. 3

Once approved, view full candidate profiles — including name, contact details and résumé — and tick the profiles you are interested in. You then contact the candidate directly, outside the platform.

What we never do

We never rank candidates by age, gender, disability, ethnicity, religion, photograph, résumé keywords or payment. Résumé screening only suggests or flags for a human to review — it never silently rejects anyone. A subscription of RM2.99 per month has been proposed, but payments are switched off and are never a condition of applying, being listed or being messaged while the proponents review the Malaysian rules on employment services and jobseeker fees.
