Kembali Kerja was created as a CSR-driven initiative to support Malaysians who are unemployed, underemployed, or actively seeking a fresh opportunity to return to meaningful work. We believe many capable individuals are often overlooked simply because they have been out of work for some time, lack visibility, or do not have direct access to employers.
This platform is not a recruitment agency or job placement company. Instead, it provides a fair and accessible space for job seekers to share their profiles, highlight their skills, and be seen by potential employers who are open to giving people a second chance.

Why it exists
Long gaps should not end a working life
People who have been unemployed the longest are usually seen the least. Kembali Kerja reverses that order: the directory lists the longest-waiting jobseekers first, and every profile is anonymous until the candidate decides to share who they are.
Dignity first
Profile IDs such as KK-1042 are used everywhere. Real identities are stored separately, with strong access controls and encryption in storage and in transit.
No pay-to-rank
Nobody moves up the list by paying. Ranking never uses age, gender, disability, ethnicity, religion or photographs.
Human review
Résumé reading only produces suggestions and flags for our admin team. No application is rejected automatically.
